In the follow-up of WINDY project creative process, where artists from the Algarve region are invited to create works of eco­lo­gic­al re­flec­tion, VENTANIA invites Jorge Pereira, visual artist, and Carlos Norton, mul­tidiscip­lin­ary artist, creator of ASPA – Algarve Sound­scape Archive, to the creation of a public and sound art in­stall­a­tion, starting with the reuse of surf­boards.
